We designed, developed and launched Qelbe, the first digital platform created to guide micro and small family businesses in Mexico in decision-making and address the challenges they face. Qelbe offers training resources, advice and support from experts in the sector.
In parallel, we designed and promoted a B2B sales strategy through four channels (inbound, outbound, networking and partnerships) with the objective of strengthening and improving the value chain of large companies in Mexico through the solidification of the actors of the same chains - the micro and small family businesses.
