Grupo Uvesco, commercially known as BM Supermercados or Súper Amara, is a reference supermarket group in the north of Spain, and is currently expanding in Madrid and surrounding areas.

Challenge

Develop a brand differentiation strategy based on a positioning around the well-being of current and potential customers.

Results

Design and testing of Bita, a B2C application with the purpose of improving the wellness habits of users with a personalized 28-day plan, complemented with a series of physical actions in store with the dual objective of encouraging healthy nutrition and promoting the application.

In its first 6 weeks, Bita exceeded 1.9k downloads and 1,000 active users.
