Ensamble Artesano, a collaborative platform that brings together 5,111 Mexican professionals who create handicrafts for sale.

Challenge

Design a comprehensive product, marketing and sales channel strategy for both domestic and international markets, aimed at driving platform sales in both B2C and B2B segments.

Results

We designed and implemented a commercial structure for B2C, which includes both physical and online sales and communication channels, for which we launched the first physical store in Mexico City. On the other hand, we built a specific sales structure for B2B. We also developed an internationalization plan aimed at the U.S. and European markets.
