1 Prep
We receive a challenge from a client and we begin to investigate their environment, competitors, trends... during this phase we also go out to interview clients, employees and other actors that can offer us interesting angles on the sector we are entering.
2 Ideation
Once we have gathered different insights from the market (Jobs to be done, trends, dogmas...) it is time to create. In this phase we conduct ideation and brainstorming sessions following our own methodology to come up with different concepts.
3 Landing
We reached the most challenging moment of the project: translating dozens of creative ideas into 3/5 real concepts that have the potential to become profitable and sustainable business models.
4 Presentation
This adventure ends by taking the business concepts, deepened and landed on a presentation, to the client for whom the project has been developed. At this final point it is key to highlight all the research and activities carried out to justify that the ideas meet a real need.
